ALTA/ACSM LAND TITLE SURVEY:
A complete 2011 ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey includes the on-site fieldwork, the preparation of a plat or map showing the results of the fieldwork and its relationship to record documents, any information in Table A that may have been negotiated with the client, and the certification.

Topographic Survey
A Topographic Survey identifies and maps the contours of the ground and existing features on the surface of a property or slightly above or below the property’s surface (i.e. trees, buildings, streets, walkways, manholes, utility poles, retaining walls, etc.)
Boundary Survey
A Boundary Survey is a basic survey used to establish the perimeter of a property as it relates to the legal description.
